Matchstick Memories…April release

After another long winter we are happy to announce that our second album, “Matchstick Memories” will be released next month on Sunward Records. So far Matchstick Memories has received a warm response including air time on regional Colorado Radio as well as Sirius/XM’s Coffee House Channel. We are on schedule to hit the road for two weeks and tour the mountain towns of Colorado and Utah (April 7th-18th) so stay tuned for upcoming shows.

Hey all…I just got back from a two week training camp in La Parva, Chile where we had an epic powder day. It snowed a meter and cleared up the next day so we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I put a little video together from our adventures which you can check out here: Ski Video

New album will be ready this Fall!

I know its taken a while but we finally found the time to sit down and record our second album, Matchstick Memories. I’m really excited to complete the album and send it off into the world sometime this Fall. This time around we went with a producer, Marc Benning, who has been involved with a lot of great projects including My Morning Jacket. Marc and I met through a mutual friend who happened to be both of our physical therapists at different times. Marc’s also a skier and broke his leg badly on the hill so we had an instant connection due to our injuries. With his influence, some new musicians (Will Lovell on upright bass, Marc Benning on bass, and Jesse Siebenberg on drums….don’t worry Damien, Trevor, and Matt were still heavily involved), and ten days at Brotheryn studios, Matchstick Memories is definitely a progression from “Road Sodas.” I’ll be sure to keep everyone posted on its release…in the meantime enjoy the rest of your summer.
